    How to generate random numbers

    1. Enter a minimum and maximum. Both endpoints are included.
    2. Choose how many numbers you need, from 1 to 100.
    3. Turn on No repeats if every number in the draw must be different, then select Generate numbers.

Copy your latest results with one button. The last ten draws stay on this page until you clear them or reload; they are not saved between visits.

    Pick a number between 1 and 100

The default settings pick one number from 1 through 100, including 1 and 100. Use the quick-range buttons for 1–10, 1–100, or 1–1,000. For a different range, such as 5–25, enter your own endpoints.

    Random numbers without repeats

For five different numbers between 1 and 10, set the range to 1–10, quantity to 5, and enable No repeats. Each number can appear only once in that draw. Generate again to start a fresh draw; numbers from earlier draws can appear again.

If you request 11 unique numbers from 1–10, there are not enough possible values. Reduce the quantity, widen the range, or allow repeats. With repeats allowed, every selection is independent, so the same number can appear more than once.

    Questions about random numbers

Are the minimum and maximum included?

Yes. A range of 1–10 includes all ten whole numbers. If both endpoints are equal, that number is the only possible result.

Can I generate negative numbers or decimals?

Negative whole numbers and zero are supported. Each endpoint must be between −1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000. Decimal results are not supported.

    How are the numbers selected?

The tool uses your browser's cryptographic random-number generator. It discards values that would favor some results when mapping them to your range. With No repeats enabled, it samples without replacement for that draw.
