A transport word search to play or print — cars, trains, boats and everything else that moves. Answer key included on its own sheet.
Vehicles are among the first nouns most children learn to read, partly because the words are short and partly because the things themselves are fascinating at that age. Car, bus, van, boat, bike, ship — the easy level is built entirely from words of three to five letters, which keeps the grid readable and the wins frequent.
The harder level goes for the longer machinery — LOCOMOTIVE, HOVERCRAFT, FREIGHTER, FUNICULAR territory. Long words are not necessarily harder to spot, incidentally: the longer a word is, the fewer places it can possibly fit in the grid.
Press Print this puzzle — or just Ctrl‑P — and you'll get the grid exactly as it is on screen, with the word list underneath and a full answer key on a second sheet. Generate a new grid first if you'd like a different one; whatever is on screen is what prints. No account, no watermark, nothing to download.
