A farm word search you can play in the browser or print for a class, with a full answer key on the second sheet.
Farm animals are the most-taught vocabulary set there is, in any language, and for good reason: every word is a thing a child can picture, name and make a noise for. Cow, pig, hen, goat, sheep — all short, all concrete, all learned before almost anything abstract. That makes the easy level here about as gentle as a word search gets.
The harder level is the working vocabulary of actual farming — SILAGE, PADDOCK, IRRIGATION, GRANARY, FURROW. Words that mean something specific to anybody who has done the job and are near-invisible to everybody else.
Press Print this puzzle — or just Ctrl‑P — and you'll get the grid exactly as it is on screen, with the word list underneath and a full answer key on a second sheet. Generate a new grid first if you'd like a different one; whatever is on screen is what prints. No account, no watermark, nothing to download.
