EASTER WORD SEARCH

An Easter word search to play in the browser or print as a worksheet for a class, a family, or a wet afternoon in April. Choose a level, find everything in the grid, and press print for paper plus an answer key.

Easter is a rare theme where the easy words are also the interesting ones. Egg, chick, lamb, nest, hunt — concrete, visual, and mostly things a beginner has already seen. Each one shows a short plain-English meaning when it is found, so the puzzle teaches while it is being solved.

The harder level runs on the vocabulary of an English spring: DAFFODIL, HYACINTH, MARSHMALLOW, SPRINGTIME. Long words, awkward letters, and a timer — the grid stops being a warm-up and starts being a search.

HOW TO PLAY

PRINT IT

Press Print this puzzle — or just Ctrl‑P — and you'll get the grid exactly as it is on screen, with the word list underneath and a full answer key on a second sheet. Generate a new grid first if you'd like a different one; whatever is on screen is what prints. No account, no watermark, nothing to download.

QUESTIONS

Is it free?
Yes, to play and to print, with no signup.

Are the puzzles always the same?
No — every grid is generated fresh, so this theme never runs out.

Can I use this in a classroom?
Yes. Print as many as you like. The answer key comes on its own sheet.

Can I print several different Easter puzzles?
Yes. Generate a new grid, print, repeat — the words are drawn fresh each time, so a class of thirty can all get different sheets.
