Blocks

Make room for your next move.

Three pieces. Plenty of possibilities.

  1. Choose a piecePick up any of the three shapes. The dot marks its top-left block.
  2. Find its placeDrag onto the board and release when it fits. Or tap the piece, then a cell for its dotted block.
  3. Clear a lineFill a whole row or column to clear it. Use all three pieces to get a fresh hand.

Pieces stay in the orientation shown: no rotating, falling blocks, or timer. A move must fit entirely inside the board without overlapping another piece. The run ends when none of your remaining pieces fits.

Scoring

Earn 1 point for each block you place, plus 10 for each full row or column. Clear a row and a column together for 20 bonus points; both disappear at once.

A little space goes a long way

Check all three pieces before placing the first. Leave a broad opening for squares, and avoid single-cell gaps that only a tiny piece can fill. Clearing one line now can make room for the piece you could not place a moment ago.

Keyboard controls and saved scores

Tab to a piece and press Enter or Space to select it. Focus moves to the board; use arrow keys to choose a cell, and press Enter or Space to place. Escape deselects the piece. Your best score is saved in this browser when storage is available. The current board resets when you reload; clearing browser data also clears your best.
